The Villain That's Blue

This is my submission to the Week Sauce Jam for September.
When i saw the theme, and thought about it, it took me a few hours to think of something. So i went with poorly explaining DreamWorks' Megamind in TWO sentences.

Now note that my art style is bad for this little number, but that's because i made this in probably under an hour or two.
